POSITION: Assistant State Director of Development
HOURS: Full-time (40-50 hours per week)
Must live in the Phoenix or Tucson area, be willing to travel the State for appointments and events
PAY: Commensurate with experience - This is a missionary role. Personal and Ministry Support will be raised.

Can ask for an appointment.
Can introduce people to the ministry.
Can work with the State Director.
Can measure activity.
Can celebrate God's provision.
Fundraising experience is highly desirable, but relational ability, spiritual maturity,
integrity, initiative, and follow-through are essential.
