Special Event Party Clubs can be held in the community for Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Summer, and Back to School.  CEF will provide the training, the teaching material, and the promotional fliers/posters.  A church provides the volunteers, the locations, the decorations and snacks, and invites the children.  Party Clubs are a great way to initiate new outeach ministry in a neighborhood.  All volunteers must complete a CEF application and background check in order to serve.  All participants must have a signed CEF permissionslip from parents/guardians in order to participate.
