THE YAVAPAI COUNTY CHAPTER OF CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP PROVIDES REGULAR AND ONGOING TEACHER TRAINING FOR ANYONE THAT WORKS WITH CHILDREN IN LOCAL CHURCHES, GOOD NEWS CLUBS, OR CAMP MINISTRIES. IF THERE IS NOT A GOOD NEWS CLUB IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL, JUST WAIT...IT WILL BE THERE SOON!

Yavapai County Director
Mara Byrd began serving with CEF right out College. She served as the Director of Teacher Training for CEF of Minnesota for 20 years. In about 2015, she and her husband moved to Prescott, Arizona to retire. Mara is too young and too energetic to retire, so she began serving with CEF of Arizona as a volunteer coordinator for a new ministry that we were building in Yavapai County. Clubs were started, a Leadership Team established, and Mara agreed in 2017 to officially become the local Director for CEF in Yavapai County.
