Brian Hughes has been involved with Child Evangelism Fellowship since he was 4 years old and attended a Good News Club in his neighborhood. When he was in 2nd Grade, a retired CEF missionary shared the Gospel with him in Children's Church and Brian trusted in Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Later, Brian served as a teenage summer missionary through CEF’s Christian Youth in Action ministry. From 1989 to 1993, he served as Director of Summer Ministry with CEF in Arizona. Since then, Brian has served as a public school teacher, an associate pastor, and as a missionary with CEF in both Texas and Arizona. He is now the State Director of CEF in Arizona, and is leading a gifted and passionate team to impact the lives of children for eternity. Brian is married to MIchelle and they have one child.

Warren Rice is the Director of Fair Ministry and can often be found pitching a tent and table to welcome friends to hear the Salvation Story at Fairs and Festivals across the State of Arizona. Before serving with CEF, Warren was a para-educator in the public school system for 14 years. He is married to Margaret.

Sonny Ward serves as our State Summer Ministries Coordinator.  He works with our local chapters to assist with developing a comprehensive summer ministry opportunities for teens to serve the Lord in real missionary experiences close to home.  Sonny is a College Junior at Grand Canyon University specializing in computer programming.  He also  writes music and loves to lead others in worshipping Jesus.

Jennie Brower recently joined our team as Brian's Administrative Assistant and Financial Secretary for the CEF State Office.  Her primary job is being a wife and mom and being of service in her local church.
