Arizona is the 6th largest state in the USA by area and the 14th largest state by population. To effectively carry out our mission to the more than 1.6 million children in Arizona we have established local offices throughout Arizona which we call chapters. Each local office has a coordinator/director who oversees the work in the area.

Brian Hughes has been involved with Child Evangelism Fellowship since he was 4 years old and attending a Good News Club at a house down the street. When he was in 2nd Grade, a retired CEF missionary shared the Gospel with him in Children's Church and Brian trusted in Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Later, Brian served as a teenage summer missionary through CEF’s Christian Youth in Action ministry. From 1989 to 1993, he served as a missionary with CEF in Arizona. Somce then, Brian has served as a public school teacher, an associate pastor, and as a missionary with CEF in both Texas and Arizona. He is now the State Director of CEF in Arizona, and is leading a gifted and passionate team to impact the lives of children for eternity. Brian is married to MIchelle and they have one child.
Jerry Hagelin served as the State Director of CEF of Arizona for 20 years, and served as the Senior Pastor of First Evangelical Free Church in Tucson before that. Jerry continues serving part time with CEF as Director of Ministry Development. He and his wife, Iris, have raised a wonderful family
Warren Rice is the Director of Fair Ministry and can often be found pitching a tent and table to welcome friends to hear the Salvation Story across the State of Arizona. Before serving with CEF, he was a para-educator in the public school system for 14 years. He is married to Margaret.
